ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH TESTING SECURES NEW CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
ORLANDO, FL (July 30, 2008) – Environmental Health Testing (EHT), a certification management company, recently hired Jeff Belmont, formerly with Aramark, as their new Chief Operating Officer to support the triple-digit growth the company has experienced in the last few years.
Belmont has expansive and diversified experience with upscale dining, catering and casual and quick service restaurants. He has worked for such companies as the Wolfgang Puck Food Company and the Walt Disney World Company. His knowledge of the food industry is essential in supporting EHT’s largest certification program: National Registry of Food Safety Professionals’ Certified Food Safety Manager.

As the Assistant Director of Food and Beverage for Boca Raton Resort and Club, Belmont developed the Quality Assurance program, implemented computerized staff planning and labor and developed and implemented seasonal menus for their five-star restaurant. His responsibilities as Food and Beverage Operations Manager at the Walt Disney World Company included the execution of company initiatives, menu development, guest service, guest/cast satisfaction and budgets and financial performance.
During his time as Director of Food and Beverage at Mahogany Run Golf & Tennis Resort, Jeff Belmont developed the Old Stone Farm House into a mobile four-star restaurant and implemented the Golf Course Food and Beverage program.
