DonkeyGear.net Confirms Attendance at Gaming Life Expo

The poker apparel and accessories website, DonkeyGear.net, will be making an appearance at the 2008 Gaming Life Expo, and their Mascot might be, as well.

The upcoming 2008 World Series of Poker is expected to be the biggest circuit event, and the same goes for the 2008 Gaming Life Expo (GLE).

The GLE is a trade show where those who attend can expect to find a huge selection of the most recent gaming lifestyle products, cars, liquors and gadgets. The guests are offered to learn from, experience and purchase the newest poker and card playing products on the market, including apparel, jewelry, books, magazines, art and travel. Plus, there will be live entertainment, celebrity appearances and giveaways.

Last year over 50,000 people attended the GLE and more than 100 booths were visited from local, national and international vendors. This year’s theme focuses on “Games and Gear,” featuring poker apparel, products, and guest appearances at booths by various poker stars. The 2008 show certainly has expectations to grow and be even more exciting, especially with certain vendors, such as DonkeyGear, making an appearance.

Established in the dawn of 2008, DonkeyGear is a poker apparel and accessories website that offers humorous poker products for all styles of playing poker, particularly the poker donkey. While their mascot, Jack, has only been seen as an illustration on their website, T-Shirts, and other media, he might be making a live appearance at the upcoming GLE.

“It should be a lot of fun to have Jack make an appearance at this years Gaming Life Expo. We’re all about what poker is: a very fun game. I think this sometimes gets lost in the spirit of some poker tournaments. Sure there’s a lot of money to be won, but in the end, it’s still a game!” – Vern Toland, President of DonkeyGear.net

This years Gaming Life Expo will be from July 3-6, 11am-6pm in the 55,000 square-foot Rio All-suites Hotel and Casinon Pavilion.

Nelore Churrascaria, a Brazilian Steakhouse, Wins the MyCityEats and Entertainment Best Dinner Award in Orlando

Nelore Churrascaria, a Brazilian Steakhouse located in Orlando, FL, was voted by its peers and customers as the place to go for dinner, earning it Best Dinner Award from MyCityEats and Entertainment.

The people have spoken, and they did it with a mouthful of Orlando’s finest food, steak, and wine available.
Recently, Nelore Churrascaria was honored with the ‘Best Dinner’ award from MyCityEats and Entertainment, and with the feast that they offer it’s understandable why.
Just as Nelore advertises, 17 distinctive meats are brought to their patrons’ tables and the cycle continues until they’ve had their fill. And, of course, an assortment of side dishes is also available at their salad bar, along with a wine list that has brought enough attention to Nelore for them to have received the Wine Spectator Award this last year.
MyCityEats and Entertainment is a magazine that provides restaurant enthusiasts with a reliable source to keep up with the ever-changing world of quality dining in the Southeast region of the United States. With over 350 locations spread between Atlanta, Ft. Lauderdale, Miami, Orlando, and Tampa, MyCityEats has approximately 400,000 readers and is a free publication that can be found at stores, fitness centers, and restaurants (to name a few). Upon their website (www.MyCityEats.com) they offer even more resources for assisting restaurant-goers in their dining ventures such as pictures, menus, reviews, coupons, gift certificates, 360 tours and more all for free. With all that in mind, it’s very evident why Nelore is pleased and honored to be given the award for the ‘Best Dinner’.
The awards given by MyCityEats are rewarded in the fairest manner possible, for it’s the patrons themselves that get the deciding vote.
“These awards signify the mark of excellence given to the best of the best restaurants in Central Florida.
Best of all, the MyCityEats Restaurant Awards are chosen by the most qualified judge of all: you, the restaurant patron. Throughout this year, MyCityEats Magazine readers voted online for their favorite eateries.”
-MyCityEats and Entertainment (Spring 2008)
With an exceptional award to hang on their wall, Nelore is trekking through the 2008 year on an outstanding note, and it should be nothing short of interesting to see how they please our palates in the future.
